The financial advice we provide
We provide regulated financial advice on KiwiSaver funds and investment planning / managed funds . We help clients select the most suitable KiwiSaver fund based on their individual goals, risk profile, investment timeframe, and financial circumstances. We can advise on KiwiSaver funds from across the New Zealand market and are not restricted to any particular providers.
Our duties to you
When we give you financial advice, we are bound by duties under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services. This means we are required to:

Meet the standards of competence, knowledge and skill set out in the Code
Give priority to your interests
Exercise care, diligence and skill
Not make any false, misleading or deceptive representations

Fees
The Kiwisaver provider pays our fee.
We do not charge clients a fee for our financial advice. We may receive commission or other remuneration from KiwiSaver providers when a client acts on our advice. We will always disclose the nature and amount of any such remuneration before advice is given.
We will confirm fees with you before providing any advice.
